Amsterdam, 15.04.2025 – CLEAR Corporate Finance is proud to announce the successful first closing of 6DC III Coöperatief, a Dutch feeder fund into 6 Degrees Capital’s third fund, 6DC III.
Supported by Dutch family offices, wealth managers and high-net-worth individuals, the feeder fund significantly broadens Dutch investor access to 6DC and offers the tax participation exemption on the fund (so called ‘deelnemingsvrijstelling’).
With this closing, total commitments in 6DC III have now reached EUR 125M. A final close is scheduled for 30.06.2025, with EUR 25M in remaining capacity before reaching the fund’s hard cap of EUR 150M.
6DC invests in high-quality, high-growth companies in artificial intelligence, fintech, and enterprise software. It enjoys an exceptional track record, having consistently scaled early-stage companies into category leaders, delivering multiple fund returners per fund vintage.
