The inspiration for the name came from our brand promise – to communicate openly, inspire trust and create transparency in everything we do. Being open and clear is how we behave in our interactions with our clients, and this is the foundation of our brand. We believe the word “Clear” is a great representation of this. As the Founder Willem-Jeroen likes to conclude: “What you see is what you get.”
The new brand reinforces the company’s aim to assist our clients to create a clear and compelling story resulting in a closing with the right investors as not every investor is the right fit for our client.
Our mission – to support and help accelerate the transition towards innovative technology with a purpose, navigated our decision to narrow our focus towards scale-ups and the renewables market.

Currently we are assisting more than 5 companies, involved in renewables, from energy storage, Hydrogen and green Ammonia, to Solid state batteries, all of them in a Scale-up phase. Our new brand better describes our link to renewables and our belief that renewables are the future and we will be able to assist these scale Ups best with our strong focus on this sector.”
